Face of Death When a plastic surgeon is killed via brain implosion, future cop Darien Lambert (Dale Midkiff) knows that Cordan Fuller (Patrick Kilpatrick), a killer from the future, is responsible. Fuller is also a master thief, specializing in stealing valuable ancient artifacts. darien and his super-computer, "Selma" (Elizabeth Alexander), rush to the doctor's offices to investigate the murder. They discover that the doctor's last patient fits Fuller's basic physical description. However, since the patient had plastic surgery, Darien and Selma have no idea what his new face looks like. They also learn that just after the doctor died someone called a travel agency from the doctor's phone. Darien contacts the travel agency, "Adventure bound," which is leading a small expedition to see the Inca ruins in Peru. He joins the expedition. There are three other men and a guide on the trip, any of whom could be Fuller. During the expedition, they encounter a variety of dangers and Darien realizes that none of his companions can truly be trusted. When they arrive at the ancient ruins, one man badly breaks his leg and another is killed. Now Darien has only two suspects. Darien finds the ancient temple, which is full of valuable relics, gold and jewelry. Suddenly, the guide reveals that he is actually Cordan Fuller, fugitive from 2193. Fuller orders Darien and the other survivor to load the valuables from the temple onto his small barge in the river. They spend the day transferring the riches to Fuller's barge. Just before Fuller escapes with the valuables. Darien battles Fuller and wins, sending him back to 2193. |
