DARIEN COMES HOME

Darien Lambert (Dale Midkiff) and Selma (Elizabeth Alexander) travel to Chicago, Darien's hometown (in the future), to apprehend Zach (Robert Mammone) and Josh(Christopher Daniel Barnes)Elliott, brothers wanted in the 22nd century for computer theft.The brothers have set up a small computer software company. With his advanced knowledge, Darien has no trouble getting a job with them.

Darien meets Andrew Edwards (Tamblyn Lord), and his sister Megan(Tiffany Lamb), who also work for the Elliotts. He soon learns that the real purpose of the company is to break into the U.S. Treasury's comuter system. Once into the system, the Elliotts can freely steal huge sums of money from the government, without being detected. Neither Andrew nor Megan know of the evil purpose of the company.

The Elliotts install a video security system throughout their building andwatch Darien talking with Selma in the bathroom. When they confront Darien, he convinces them that he is a fugitive from the future, who, like them, was transported back to the 1990's by Dr. Mordicai Sahmbi (Peter Donat).

Meanwhile, Megan sees a news story on television and realizes that Zach has murdered a treasury agent(Bartholomew John).Soon after, a computer program that Darien helped install deciphers the U.S. Treasury's computer security system. The Elliotts use the program to transfer 25 million dollars to their bank account. They intend to leave the country.

Darien and Andrew find the Elliotts at their estate. The brothers flee in one of their helicopters. Although Darien has nevr flown a helicopter, with Selma's help, he succeeds, closely following the two men. In mid-air, Darien sends Josh back to 2193. While being teleported back, Josh accidentally crashes the helicopter, killing his brother, Zack.

Since Darien is back in his home town of Chicago, he visits his favorite 22nd century restaurant. Darien arrives on the day the restaurant opens, just in time to foil a robbery. He then tastes the food, which is not as good as remembers it to be. He has Selma look up their chicken pie recipe in a future cookbook and gives the owneer the recipe.
